Five Steps from Quote to Delivery
- Submit a Quote Request — Send us your project specifications. Include product type, species, grade, dimensions, quantity, and delivery location. The more detail you provide, the faster we respond.
- Receive a Detailed Quote — Within one business day you’ll receive a line-item quote that includes product pricing and LTL freight to your delivery zip code. No hidden fees.
- Approve the Order — Review the quote and confirm your order. For larger or custom orders, a deposit of 30–50% is required before procurement begins. Stock items ship with no deposit.
- Production and Quality Control — Your order is pulled, kiln-dried to spec (target 6–8% MC for interior applications), inspected, and staged for freight.
- Delivery to Your Jobsite — We ship via LTL freight to your address. Standard lead times for stock items are 5–10 business days.

- LTL Freight Included — No fuel surcharges or handling fees at invoice time. The price you see is the price you pay.
- Net-30 Terms — Approved contractor accounts receive net-30 payment terms from invoice date.
- Dedicated Account Rep — Tier 1 contractor accounts receive a dedicated account representative.
- Moisture-Controlled Shipments — 6–8% MC target logged for every shipment.
- Consistent Species Grading — Same grading standards across orders.
